Capacity building activity to discuss GPA new text. Donors – EBRD jointly with WTO GPA Secretariat and US CLDP. Dates – 25-27 April 2014. Participants – staff of the Ministry of Finance, “Procurement Support Centre” SNCO, contracting authorities, NGOs, etc.

Capacity building activities for business environment in all regions of Armenia started from October 2014 and lasted until the end of November. The main aim is to provide primary information to the business people on how they can participate to public procurement, how to use ARMEPS, etc. In October-November 9 regions out of 10 were visited by Consultants. Syuniq regional seminar was postponed due to weather conditions.
