Profile:
Anna Caroline Müller is a Legal Affairs Officer in the government procurement team of the WTO’s Intellectual Property Division. Prior to joining the WTO, she practised law in the Commercial Litigation & Arbitration section of Clifford Chance's Frankfurt office (2010-2011).  In 2008/2009, she successfully completed the German bar training programme (Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf) with seats in New York, USA (German Mission to the United Nations), London (Clifford Chance) and Frankfurt (Clifford Chance). She holds a Law Degree (Baden-Württemberg, Germany, 2004) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (Universität Düsseldorf, 2005) as well as a D.E.A. (Diplome d’Etudes Approfondies) in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva (2007). Her research is focused on international economic law with recent publications in the field of government procurement.

Profile: Mr. Jamsranjav Battsengel, Senior Procurement Officer of the Asian Development Bank, has been working for Mongolia Resident Mission since November 2011. Previously, he worked as procurement specialist and contract manager for projects funded by the World Bank and Millennium Challenge Corporation.

Profile: Mr. Khangai Enkhtsogt, an international lawyer by training, is a distinguished public servant. He currently holds the position of Director General of Legal and Procurement Policy Department since February 2013. Prior to this, between 2009 and 2012, he served as Deputy Director of the Procurement Department. Until 2009, he had also served for four years as Senior Officer and Officer of the Inspection and Monitoring Division under the State Administration and Management Department.

Profile:
Ms Enkhjargal Damdin currently serves as the Director of the Government Procurement Agency of Mongolia. She graduated from the Mongolian National University in 1994 and in 1998 she obtained her master’s degree in technical engineering. In 2008, she obtained her doctorate in technical science.

Profile: Mr Guetschoff is the Senior SME Policy Advisor for the EU-funded, 5-year, €3.8 million Support to SME Development in Mongolia project. Implemented by the EBRD, this project seeks to build the management capacity of SMEs and improve the business environment in which they operate. Mr Guetschoff has over 15 years of experience as leader, practitioner, and business consultant in economic development, financial services, and enterprise development. During this time, he provided consulting services for financial institutions, private firms, government agencies, and NGOs. Mr Guetschoff received an MBA from Yale University and a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
