Session delivered together with the World Bank joint session with Islamic Development Bank and Malaysian consultants.

23-27 February 2014 – mission to Dushanbe Assess directions for the eProcurement Reform;

verify the current conditions of the development of the eProcurement platform with the PPA of Tajikistan, and also the capacity to work with auctions and framework agreements;

deliver capacity building in the design and implementation of framework agreements and online auctions.
